Jelly Powder 1kg can be used to make up to 20kg of jelly. It is suitable for flavour jelly, tea jelly, fruit jelly and other dessert applications.

Method of Application:

1. Use a 1:20 ratio for flavour jelly or a 1:30 ratio for tea jelly.
2. Pour into a container and add fruit syrup, tea or dissolved powder flavouring.
3. Add sugar if preferred.
4. Cool down, then refrigerate for around 1 hour.
5. Consume within 3 days.
