Phoenix Oolong Tea has a distinctive floral aroma and smooth roasted oolong flavour. It is suitable to serve hot or iced, and can be used as a tea base for bubble tea, fruit tea or specialty tea drinks.

Brew the tea:

• Use hot water at around 85-90°C.
• Steep until the tea reaches your preferred strength.
• Strain the tea leaves before serving.
